RENTAL DETAILS
The Community Center can be rented by filling out a reservation form in the office and paying the rental fee of $250.00 per day. An additional $50.00 fee will be charged if set up time is required the evening before the day of rental. An additional $50.00 fee (per inflatable) will also be charged if outdoor inflatables such as bouncy houses or water slides will be used. Rental fees are due up front when the reservation is made.
BUILDING DETAILS
The Community Center will seat approximately 110 people. The main room of the community center is 30'x60' (1800 sq feet). Rectangular tables and folding chairs can be set up however requested by the renter. There are women’s and men’s restrooms inside the facility as well as a large kitchen with two stoves and a refrigerator. Outside the Community Center is a pavilion area with picnic tables that are available to whomever has the Community Center reserved. Note:
Renters must come by the office to pick up a key for the community center prior to the reserved day and return the key on the next business day. A $100.00 deposit is required when the key is given out. Once the key is returned and as long as there is no damage to the facility, then the $100.00 deposit is returned to the renter.
*If a double booking is made on the weekends, the rental fee for the second rental made will be $300/day. This will cover the building inspection and clean up cost.
